What the range covers
Professional labour, standard materials, routine preparation and setup for the selected surfaces. The fixed quote specifies the preparation, products, coating system and finish.
Scaffolding, edge protection, major repairs, stripping, wallpaper removal, plastering, lead or asbestos work, specialist finishes, unusual access, travel outside the local service area and urgent programmes are assessed separately. Roof work is always assessed individually.
Small areas include a preparation and setup allowance. New-build ranges assume surfaces are stopped, sound and ready for the specified painting preparation. Planning allowances reviewed September 2026; these are not fixed quotations. The assessed scope may fall outside the range.
